What we ask of you

Power Hour works because mentors show up consistently. Saying yes means committing to all of the program, not the Saturdays alone.

Attend the required Saturday sessions for your group (we confirm exact dates when you're matched). Most sessions are at FIU.
Complete a short, required virtual training before each session.
Complete onboarding and a background check before you begin.
Stay in touch with the program team through the year. Check-ins are part of the role, not optional add-ons.
